Bar rules

Every visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with these operating rules when entering the establishment.

• By entering the establishment, the visitor agrees to and is governed by the individual points of the operating rules.
• The operating rules define some rules of conduct for visitors to the establishment.
• Obligations arising for visitors to the establishment from generally binding legal regulations, good morals, rules of courtesy and decent behavior.
• Only persons over 16 years of age are allowed to enter the establishment. The guest is obliged to show a valid identity document showing the date of birth in conjunction with photographs.
• It is not allowed to bring weapons without content and substances dangerous or threatening to life or health into the establishment.
• It is not allowed to bring and use pyrotechnics into the establishment.
• It is not allowed to bring and subsequently consume drugs, own food and drinks into the establishment. In case of violation, the guest will be expelled from the establishment.
• Animals are not allowed to enter the establishment.
• The cloakroom is not used for storing securities. The operator is not responsible for the contents of pockets and luggage stored in the cloakroom.
• In the event of loss of personal property that was not stored in the cloakroom, the operator is not responsible. The visitor is always responsible for personal valuables.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises to visitors who are inappropriately dressed (dirty, torn, smelly clothing, etc.), drunk, under the influence of drugs or other addictive substances, aggressive, or in any other inappropriate condition.
• Entry to the premises is not permitted in sports, work or untidy clothing (e.g. camouflage clothing, sweatpants, tracksuits, etc.).
• The operator reserves the right to request inspection of backpacks, waist bags, ladies’ bags and handbags, if it deems it absolutely necessary. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry to a person who refuses to present their backpack, waist bag or bag, handbag for inspection.
• Any manifestation of aggression is undesirable in the establishment and the host will be expelled. The owner reserves the right to permanently or temporarily prohibit entry to persons who cause a conflict situation in the establishment.
• Each guest is obliged to obey the instructions of the operations manager and security, otherwise he may be expelled from the establishment.
• In the event of evacuation of the establishment, the host is obliged to follow the instructions of the operations security and the manager.
• The operator strictly prohibits visitors from entering places that are not accessible to visitors (the premises of the establishment, the area behind the bar, storage areas, etc.)
• The operator reserves the right to expel the host from the establishment in case of inappropriate behavior and violation of some of the points listed in the operating rules.
• By entering the establishment, the guest agrees to the management of photographs in the premises of the establishment and their subsequent placement on the operator’s website and social networks.
• The operator grants the right to compensation for damage to the equipment of the establishment (glass, porcelain, small items and other items). In the event of intentional damage or demolition of property or equipment of higher value, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the damage incurred, depending on the extent of the damage.
• The staff will provide you with a list of allergens upon request.
• A camera system is installed in the premises.
• The operator reserves the right to change the operating rules.
